Completing a dissertation requires high levels of initiative and self-organization. However, people differ in their ability to set their own (work) goals, to organize their work time, to think strategically, to motivate themselves and, if necessary, to seek for useful help. I support you with enthusiasm and experience at all phases of your dissertation project, from defining the project, to working out a time plan all the way to your thesis defence and publication. Depending on the situation I am flexible to offer psychological Coaching (for example working on your motivation) as well as practical advice and support (for example in relation to time management and self-organization). If needed contact to an experienced Coach for writing, editing and publishing can be provided.
