Within the scientific system, the positive outcome of offering coaching and training is increasingly acknowledged. In a field where the focus lies largely on expertise it is important to support people also in their development as individuals and as leaders. I offer coaching specifically for scientists building on my field expertise, psychological knowledge and coaching experience.
I address also young scientists: doctoral students or Postdocs are often under high pressure as they have to engage in complex project management and undefinded leadership tasks, even though the required skills and knowledge are typically not part of their training. Furthermore, questions regarding career planning and work life balance are particularly burning in this life phase and can be addressed during the coaching process.
